St. Patrick’s Dayis a feast day that honors the most acknowledged patron saint of Ireland and as well as the advent of Christianity in the said country.     Ingredients:

  • Extra lean cut and low-sodium brisket corned beef
  • Cabbage
  • Onions
  • Carrots
  • Potatoes
  • Celery
  • Orange Zest
  • Apple Juice
  • Horseradish mustard
  • How to Cook:
    1. Brown the corned beef on a non-stick skillet.
